Mr. Mehdi Moeini Jaghervand has been working as a Level III providing technical assistance in ultrasonic, dye penetrant, and magnetic testing since May 2009 as the General Manager of Spectre, the oil and gas division of NDT Consultants Ltd. His responsibilities have included developing Spectre for the oil industry, negotiating with clients, preparing exam papers and course materials, writing a conference paper and presentation, and assisting with new NDT technology development. He has worked in a responsible and ethical manner for the past 10 years.

September 22, 2009 To ASNT Certification Committee, I hereby confirm that Mr. Mehdi Moeini Jaghervand has been working in our company as a responsible Level III providing technical Level III assistance in Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Level III since 1st May 2009. He is employed as the General Manager of Spectre, the oil and gas division of NDT Consultants Ltd. His activities included the following: 1. Developing and introducing Spectre to oil industry by preparing required technical and advertising documents. 2. Transacting with clients and negotiating them regarding their service requests. 3. Preparing exam papers for level II and III attendees. 4. Preparing course syllabus and course materials for Ultrasonic, Magnetic and Penetrant courses. 5. Preparing paper for upcoming 5th MENDT Conference and power point presentation for his accepted paper. 6. Assisting in technology development for new NDT applications Additionally Mr Mehdi Moeini Jaghervand is known to us for some 10 years and has acted as always acted in a responsible and ethical manner. .
