Favorite thing about PRMS Culture of continuous learning within our building that supports our mission of cultivating high-achieving, globally competitive students Quality teachers and administrators cultivated through distributive leadership Communication with community stakeholders
DID  YOU KNOW? By 2040 40% of our students will have a native language other than English. By 2020 half the student population will be non-Caucasian being taught by educators who are 87% Caucasian. Middle school students confront a host of transitions associated with the emergence of puberty, including dramatic physical, social-emotional, and cognitive changes, they also undergo transformations in relationships with parents, encounter more emotionally intense interactions with peers, and struggle with personal identity issues.

Beginning: We had to ask ourselves are we global? Do our teachers understand the students they teach today? Does our staff maximize the use of technology 21 st  century students need to learn? Are our students and staff culturally sensitive? What strategies are we implementing to help our faculty become more culturally aware?
