Welcome to my slideshow of Chinese faces   These were people I met on the road as I traveled around the country
My first trip away from my home base of Zhuhai was over to the nearby island: HONG KONG
Its near Zhuhai, but its another world.

Then this last spring, I visited the breathtaking views at Yangshuo, Guangxi Province.  But its the people of this rural area that were concerned with today:
These women belong to one of Chinas 56 ethnic minorities.

Then this summer, I went on my big, central China trek: Started in Beijing Then south to Henan Province Further south to Hubei Province West to 掛庄a稼 before going back south to my home, Zhuhai It was a lightning bolt through the heart of China. Heres whos makes up the heartland:
