For Christmas and New Year 2015, the restaurant will implement a new food concept without inedible decorations like candles, butter sculptures, woods or metals. These flashy but wasteful decorations have become outdated and add unnecessary costs and workload for chefs.

1. Our food philosophy is to provide our guests,
safe and healthy food, present it in the right
temperature zone.
We are always focusing to represent the modern
cuisine as much as we can, therefore, our food
concept which will be implement it at Christmas and
New Year 2015, will be without any of inedible
decoration, such as candles, margarine butter,
woods, metals and Styrofoam, where all of those
flashiest decoration became old fashioned in the
same time waste of time for chefs and extra cost go
to the garbage.
