Renew! New Years Day Inferno Class will be held on Tuesday, January 1st from 6:30-8:00pm for $10 per person. Only 12 spots are available for the hot yoga class that will be heated to 95 degrees, offering a detoxifying sweat and challenging poses to help burn off the old and welcome in the new year. Interested participants should call, email, or message Macy Kalb to reserve their space for this all-levels class.

Tapas is the Sanskrit word used to describe this process in ancient yoga texts. Start the year off with a detoxifying sweat (the room will be heated to around 95 degrees), challenging pose options and renewing relaxation! Only 12 spots are available.
