The National HIV Testing Mobilization Campaign (NHTMC) from 2006-2009 was a multi-disciplinary, multi-sectoral campaign run by the Office of HIV/AIDS Policy to promote HIV testing and the use of rapid testing technologies. The campaign partnered with various organizations, media outlets, religious figures, and celebrities to encourage HIV testing through a variety of mediums such as magazine partnerships, bus tours, radio shows, and social media in order to spread awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment policies and programs.
