- 3. Job Profile : Direct, manage and motivate the project team. Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end of all projects. Finalise Drawings / Plans for the site and construction. Coordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials. Consulting with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Engineers and other professional consultants. Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project. Managing the production of the required deliverables. Planning and monitoring the project. Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary. Coordinating with Mall Authorities, Clients, subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites. Ensuring adherence to Mall Rules & Regulations and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety. Arranging submission of plans to Mall authorities. Building under contract, or subcontracting specialized building services. Arranging building inspections by local / Mall authorities. Attending client requirements, thorough site survey and coordination for the client / mall kick off meeting. Appointing sub-contractors and finalizing their rates for project, releasing LPO’s, checking of measurements for work done & certifying the same. Managing and directing the projects team. Building under contract, or subcontracting specialized building services. Overseeing the standard and progress of subcontractors' work. Consulting with Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Professionals and other professional consultants. Operating and implementing coordinated work programs for sites.
