Major Sponsor Opportunities All three events PRESENTING SPONSOR - $10,000 or 40 group registrations You will be recognized as a major event sponsor for all three events and will be named as a sponsor of the event lunch. Your logo will be included on our website, in the event program and interstitial slides, and you will be recognized from the main stage. You may make a presentation during event and include an item in the attendee gift bag. Exhibit space up to 10¡¯ x 20¡¯, premium location and up to 10 staff COLLABORATOR - $7,500 or 30 group registrations You will be recognized as a collaborator-level sponsor for all three events and will be named as a sponsor of the break stations. Your logo will be included on our website, in the event program and interstitial slides, and you will be recognized from the main stage. You may optionally include an item in the attendee gift bag. Exhibit space up to 10¡¯ x 15¡¯, adjacent to break common area and up to 7 staff PARTNER - $5,000 or 20 group registrations You will be recognized as a partner-level sponsor for all three events and your logo included on our website, in the event program and interstitial slides. Exhibit space up to 10¡¯ x 10¡¯ in common networking areas and up to 5 staff Access to attend sessions (if seating space is available) Includes lunch and refreshment breaks

Exhibiting Opportunities Individual Events Double Tabletop - $1,000 or 4 group registrations Your tabletop exhibit consists of two tabletops (12¡¯ x 36¡±) and up to four people manning your exhibit in the cafeteria during lunch. You will be listed in the program book and website as an exhibitor. Single Tabletop $500 or 2 group registrations Your tabletop exhibit consists of one tabletop (6¡¯ x 36¡±) and up to two people manning your exhibit in the cafeteria during lunch. You will be listed in the program book and website as an exhibitor. Access to attend sessions (if seating space is available) Includes lunch and refreshment breaks
10. Group Registrations NJSBA will provide your company with a custom registration form that you can provide to your districts (customers). The district group registration rate is $1,100 for up to 11 people to attend one, two or three BoardCamp events Most NJSBA members have a NJSBA Service Credit that they can utilize to pay for this registration. Your firm gets valuable face time with the customers you want to see in the three regions of the State.
11. In-Kind Your company can offer to provide NJSBA with products or services that we can utilize to produce the BoardCamp events (i.e. video equipment, laptops, food and beverage services) The value of those services can be applied to the cost of your sponsorship or exhibit space
