PROPER NOUNS Proper nouns are words that represent a particular person,place,animal or thing. Examples : Mr Davies is returning to Australia. My pet cat Pussy is very beautiful. Autumn is the season of harvest.
COUNTABLE NOUNS Countable nouna refer to nouns that can be counted. Examples : The girls are playing with their dolls. The store is crowed with shoppers. Thisis the best picture you have drawn.
UNCOUNTABLE NOUNS Uncountanle nouns refer to nouns that cannot be counted. Examples : Many people in Asia eat rice. Tea is a popular drink in some countries. The air in the room is stale.
SINGULAR NOUNS Singular noun refer to a single person,place,animal or thing. Examples : Jane bought a dress from the store. A robber with a gun robbed the bank. I need a belt.
PLURAL NOUNS Plural noun refer to more than person,place,animal or thing. Examples : Two zoo keepers were bathing the baby elephants. Camels are usually found in desert countries. The buses are packed with passengers.
