Kick-start your global career
The Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme is a 2 year global career journey, which will take you through a minimum of three job rotations, with at least one based in our corporate headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, and one in a selected global affiliate. During this time you will explore the company and learn the Novo Nordisk way. You will gather international experience, be exposed to various projects and start building a strong network of professional and dedicated colleagues.
Upon completion of the programme, our graduates are hired in positions ranging from internal consultants, specialists and international project managers.
