CHALLENGES WITH THE OLD SYSTEM 
The order of Honble SC could not get complied in the old system which 
requires pension to be paid by 7th of every month. 
Ghost beneficiaries. 
Lack of Transparency. 
Lack of new pension sanction. 
Inefficient & Cumbersome official processes.
