Nudge is an app that aims to promote physical social interactions by allowing users to view profiles of other users within close proximity and sending "nudges" to encourage breaking the ice in person rather than solely online. It competes with apps like Tinder, Break the Ice, and SocialRadar by focusing on connecting users when they are physically near each other instead of just online.

As much as we love to claim about how were more of a connected and integrated society, there are sacrifices we make when we choose to Facebook message instead of talking face to face. We believe that technology can do more, and has the responsibility to do more to PROMOTE human interaction rather than replace it.
