This study aimed to test whether nudging could help reduce overeating and control obesity. 350 participants with a BMI over 25 were randomly assigned to either a control group or a nudge group. The nudge group received strategies to encourage smaller portions and mindful eating, while the control group did not receive any intervention. Both groups' weight changes from baseline were measured at weeks 2 and 8 to analyze the effectiveness of the nudge techniques.
