The document provides clarifications on uniform regulations for basketball in Ontario for the 2018-2019 season. It states that jerseys and shorts do not need to be the same color, and compression shirts, sleeves, underwear and headwear are allowed in certain circumstances if they are the same color for all players. Knee pads, braces, sweatbands, religious items, and medical equipment are also permitted within specific guidelines. Jewelry and some guards or braces are not allowed.
