We have a store with positive inscriptions in the local language, a nice arrangement of products with special prices, and gift sets on the top shelf. There is an advertisement about discounts but it could be improved by writing the past and new prices. We have a special area for cosmetics where customers can choose and try products. The store uses wallpaper advertising and is running a campaign giving out free chocolate to promote it. Samples could be shown for a "mix and choose" promotion. Impulse items are currently near the exit but would be better placed near the cash registers.
