I got lost when shopping
Customers cannot find products when shopping they lose looking for some
                          particular product

Shopping should be guided -> IKEA added arrows the customer may follow
while shopping and make sure they find and buy everything they need
Toy stores are for adults
No possible interaction between children and toys
Toys are not reachable by children
Toy stores must be fun, actual
                     customers are children

Toy stores are for Toy stores should not look like
                     supermarkets but
      adults playgrounds; children should
be able to play with toys

                      Children are not allowed to
                     touch toys because they could
                     break them

The child could visit the store
                     by train!
Women never go
shopping alone
Women usually go shopping with:
   Their women friends
   Their partners

Clothing stores could make more
money by not only targeting the
customer which is about to buy
some clothes but by targeting
also her friends by proposing
special offers to groups
