Our Brand Media Group is the creator of OurBrandTV
(OBTV) A platform focused on the Curators. It permits the
creators to focus on being seen and removing marketing
and distribution burdens. In all aspects, OBTV is a
company for the betterment of all people. Therefore, 20%
of its inventory to Non-profit and community news-worthy
causes.
OBTV is a United States based company located in
Virginia. It was founded by Cheryl Berry a 20- year digital,
print, media veteran. Recognized as a Virginia
Association of Broadcaster's "Best of The Best" in 2017.
Ms. Berry has produced television and radio broadcast
programs. As well, she has helped other organizations
through marketing and advertising campaigns.
In 2022 Ms. Berry created her first streaming website and
application design placed on Android and IOS devices.
The beta test functionality was still not what was
envisioned and therefore overhauled in 2023. More
enhancements are envisioned to utilize and merge with
new technologies.
The Problem
Creative minds build great content. Their primary
focus is making the content. They lack the ease to
distribute the content. Creating your own channel
across several platforms, requires web
development skills and time and money. Creating
a following organically significant time.
Many young creators do not have the funding
necessary to disseminate their products vastly nor
the time to sync across multiple platforms.
Furthermore, there are no mass broadcast
platforms for people historically marginalized.
No nationwide public television or radio broadcast
station owned by people of color. Instead, the
dissemination of information is controlled by major
corporations public and private. These companies
edit authentic voices or stifle them out completely.

network. We have made it easy to upload
content, complete payment of order and
download necessary forms and agreements.

productions or individuals from creating their
own channel and enhances their own
marketing efforts to gain and attract exposure.
Concept and Design
A Streaming Channel (MVOD) that will
Simulcast across several platforms at once.
Platforms will include: Roku, Fire stick, YouTube
Live, Facebook Live, Twitch and more.
The Channel will be FREE for viewers and there
will be donated inventory for Marginalized
Community News and Awareness.
Content Curators will pay for Channel Space,
upload and book online. They will be required to
submit all required attestations.
There will be log-in and chat features.
When not streaming, programs will still be
available to play On-demand, via OTT channels,
app and website.

Funding Requirements
The Founding member has infused personal funds and numerous hours of
sweat equity to establish company, create brand, maintain domain name
and hosting as well as website and application build and setup.
Estimated additional initial capital needs are $60,000 for base operations.
Goal $180,000 with full-time wages and office space.
Preferred Funding will be to Reg CF or Crowdfund for $150k
Alternative will be to seek lesser amount of $60k with partnership buy-ins.
Seeking 4 partners with specific skill sets. Partners will be given for 12.5%
share each of company. Initial Capital investment per partner $15,000.
Funds will be used for New Server, Additional technology development
and marketing to accelerate growth.
