Reporting to: HRD Specialist
Post Level: P7
Basic Salary (excluding benefits)
(R 531,660.13)  Not negotiable
Purpose: To develop, design and implement policies and procedures relating to fostering change and improving organisational efficiency , enhancing employee motivation.
KPA/ Key outputs:
Oversee the following functions:
 Change Management
 Coordinate Employment Equity & Transformation issues
 Coordinate the development of organisation structures, evaluation & grading of jobs
 Human Resource Planning
Requirements/ Experience:
 Bachelors Degree or B.Tech (NQF 7 qualification) in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology or public administration with HR as a major subject
 4 years of working experience in dealing with change management; job evaluation; HR planning and EE Planning
Knowledge & Skills:
Good knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and Skills Levy Act; Project management skills; Very
good communication skills  written and verbal; Very good presentation skills; Very good report writing skills; Working knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA);
Negotiation skills; Networking skills
