Good knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act and Skills Levy Act; Project management skills; Very
good communication skills written and verbal; Very good presentation skills; Very good report writing skills; Working knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA);
