This report summarizes learning and development activities across the Trust from April 2015 to March 2016. A total of 2,903.5 hours of learning were delivered, a 72% increase from the previous year. The top 10 courses included senior management learning, departmental away days, and introduction to management. The Community and Events Team had the most total hours of learning attended at 633 hours. Overall expenditure on learning and development was £56,652.41, which amounts to £492.62 invested per employee for the financial year.
