The matter above?mentioned was listed before the Hon‘ble Court (In Chambers) on
26.09.20222, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:?
“Last opportunity of four weeks time to cure the defects is granted. On
non-compliance to cure the defects within a period of four weeks, the
matter(s) will be deemed to be dismissed on default without reference to the
Court.“
It is submitted that pursuant to Order quoted above, petitioner?in?person has cured
all the defects except that he has not filed an application for condonation of delay in filing
the instant Writ Petition (Crl.).
Since it is a defective matter, interaction with petitioner?in?person by concerned
Registrar is still awaited. Therefore, the petitioner?in?person cannot appear before the
Hon‘ble Court without interaction.
The Office Report for directions in the defective Writ Petition above mentioned is
