Job Details:
My job duties included “but not limited to”:
• Started at Air Separations unit (ASU) at October Site SILPA for 4 Months.
• Attended Commissioning of Air separation units (ASUs) of distillation of air to its components mainly Gas
Oxygen at Egyptian steel Factory at Benisuif.
• Worked under the supervision of international experts from Airliquide Engineering & construction (E&C)
to assure efficient startup of the units, air blowing cleaning for the pipeline.
• Participating in the Accidental Risk Analysis (ARA) team to identify the Facility risks and mitigations and
identification of the elements important for safety (EISs) from that, ARA sheets is extracted from the GRA
& HAZOPs studies.
• Participating in the Ready To Start (RTS) team and preparing a list of the deviation (Punch List) For
safety, Operation, piping, design issues before being delivered the plant from the sub-contractor.
• Revising on the P&IDs with the facility site implementation and helps to produce the As-built.
• Responsible to run the plant with its design Mass & Energy Balances parameters from the Fluid list sheets.
• Operation of the Plant within the optimum parameters with the design parameters to meet production
requirements
