This document outlines Luisa Alpalhao's recipe for socially engaging projects in urban spaces. The recipe calls for flexible briefs, involvement of collaborators from different fields, participation from local communities including unemployed craftsmen and children, reuse of unwanted materials, observation of existing space usage, and experimental yet ephemeral design stages to continuously engage users and refine the project. The goal is to reclaim underutilized spaces and encourage cross-cultural interaction through participatory methods.
