On-Site Q3 2016 Product Update

Editor's Notes

  1. Demo Online App 3.0 Built using new technology - React (created by facebook and instragram) allowed us to take our onlin eapp load times from around 3 seconds PER page down to less than half a second (0.3 seconds) = NEAR INSTANT load time for end user (applicant)
  2. Weve improved the quick summary section of our rental reports when a housing subsidy benefit is entered. By utilizing an existing combination of settings (not on by default), our display now reflects the fact that our site automatically deducts the subsidy benefit from the total monthly rent, prior to determining whether they meet the pre-determined rent to income ratio.
  3. DEMO CRIM 228 HUD Guideline Improvements
  4. -Credit card and eCheck (ACH, bank account) payments -Integrated Payments batched together so the ledger matches the bank deposit -Processing/Business days are Monday Friday, exceptU.S. federal holidays -Processing Cutoff is Midnight GMT/UTC -Funds are generally deposited in 2 business days
  5. One vendor from prospect (app fees) to Rent Payment Native to On-Site = No 3rd party iFrame for rent payments Recurring payments = Fixed and Variable Client Control = process own refunds and manage own bank accounts Not currently integrated w/MRI, ResMan or RealPage on the roadmap! Integrated Payments batched together so the ledger matches the bank deposit. Batches align with processing window Batches are posted after cut-off
  6. DEMO PAYMENTS Pura Vida on Staging7 (need to use staging to process fake bank account info/transactions) DEMO Refunds: Refunds are done through the Payments Received report or Payments Dashboard (pending) Refunds performed in OSM will refund the entire amount and the associated fees. Refunds take 5-10 business days to show up in the account
  7. Goal: Allow clients that use MRI to easily use On-Sites leasing products. Optimizes agents time by eliminating duplicate data entry. On-Site is system of engagement while MRI is their system of record. Current Sprint: Transfer screening results directly into MRI E-Sign docs into MRI is on their RoadMap
  8. We pull live unit availability out of MRI and display in On-Site. Update every hour to make sure in sync.
