Hensel Phelps district office provides
services for its clients throughout the
southeastern region of the United States.
This office was designed as LEED CI Gold
certified.
The second floor of the facility houses a
state-of-the-art conference and training
center as well as an exercise suite and
shower facilities. The first floor is composed
of offices and workstations for executive and
support staff and spaces for support services.
The fourteen points of excellence that are
part of the Hensel Phelps mission are
incorporated into fourteen points of light
recessed into a feature concrete wall that
showcases the firms capabilities as a self-
performing concrete company. The word
PERFORMANCE is formed with backlit metal
letters resting at the rear of the reception
desk.

The Bright House Networks store
is a 1,854 square foot retail space
on the UCF campus that serves
as the flagship store for the
company.
The space was designed to
showcase integrated technology
services offered by the company.
The store merchandises Bright
Houses in-home products and
services such as a hi-speed
internet, cable television, HD
broadcasting and phone services.
The contemporary design and
urban atmosphere is sure to
appeal to students and others
visiting the campus for sporting
events, concerts and on-campus
entertainment.

7. CORALVILLE MARRIOTT HOTEL
CORALVILLE, IOWA

The four start hotel and conference center is
designed to accommodate large and small
groups. It offers 286 oversized guest rooms
and six suites designed according to new
Marriott standards. The interiors are
sophisticated and upscale, yet draw
inspiration from the surrounding Iowa
landscape in finish, color and texture. The
hotel offers 60,000 square feet of meeting
space, including a 30,000 square foot
convention hall. Also included are an upscale
restaurant, bar and lounge.

CentraCare Health
Plaza is an out-patient
state-of-the-art
diagnostic and
treatment facility located
in beautiful natural
surroundings. The
328,000 square foot,
three-level building is
located in a 126-acre
campus, which includes
the Sauk River
waterfront native Central
Minnesota woodlands
and restored prairie.
The building interior
reflects the
surroundings through
natural and calm
elements colors and
texture.
