6. Wedding Day Coordination continued Wedding Day Coordination- Your coordinator will arrive at least 1 hour prior to ceremony time and remains with you through the reception. Once the ceremony is under way your coordinator will then move to your reception location where the final details come together for you and your guests. The coordinator will meet with the event contact to finalize all details. Add any finishing touches you have requested: table favors, candles, flowers, etc. Your coordinator will meet with your DJ or band MC to finalize any details prior to your arrival. Because you will still be detained by your photographer at the ceremony location we will be there to welcome your guests and work as your hostess until you arrive taking care of gifts and any special needs on your behalf.
