Budget Planning and Vendor Referral Only Do you feel comfortable with all the details of your event so much so that you may not need someone from beginning to end but just a starting place?  Would you like help setting up a realistic budget and receiving a list of outstanding vendors that you feel comfortable with?  Then this plan is for you.  Come in for a 2 hour consultation and leave with a complete budget and event timeline.  You will also receive a list of vendors that offer superb service and have a reputation for being the very best.  This plan also includes a follow up appointment at anytime prior to your event to review your progress and ensure that details are on track. Fee for this service $295.00
Event Planning & Vendor Referral He has asked and you said yes!  Now the planning begins.  One of the most important days of your life but where do you start? With our complete consulting and coordination package we work with you to set a budget, begin working on the perfect ceremony and reception locations to fit both your personal taste and budget. Orlando Events by Design works with Orlandos most outstanding wedding professionals from photography to beautiful wedding cakes.  You can feel confident that a vendor recommended by Orlando Events is a quality professional.  With this plan we are with you from beginning to end.  We assist in vendor referral, contract negotiation, booking and attending vendor appointments to review and confirm details for your event.  This plan also includes all services listed in the Wedding Day Coordination plan on the following page. Unlimited Service!  There for every need!   Fee for this service $1595.00 with a $300.00 deposit we can get started working with you right away. Many of our vendors offer our couples a discount or free gift on their services.  You may be able to have our assistance at no charge!
Wedding Day Coordination Your special day is here and now you realize there are all kinds of little details that you need help with? Dont worry Orlando Events by Design is here to help with our unique Wedding Day Coordination service. Let us take care of things for you! Service includes the following: Wedding Day Resume for all vendors.  All details from rehearsal to reception are planned out in complete detail. Rehearsal Coordination-We will be there to assist with the ceremony line up and flow.  Continue to next page for more details
Wedding Day Coordination continued Wedding Day Coordination- Your coordinator will arrive at least 1 hour prior to ceremony time and remains with you through the reception. Once the ceremony is under way your coordinator will then move to your reception location where the final details come together for you and your guests.  The coordinator will meet with the event contact to finalize all details.  Add any finishing touches you have requested: table favors, candles, flowers, etc. Your coordinator will meet with your DJ or band MC to finalize any details prior to your arrival. Because you will still be detained by your photographer at the ceremony location we will be there to welcome your guests and work as your hostess until you arrive taking care of gifts and any special needs on your behalf. We stay with you through the reception until  the end to make sure everything is properly taken away. The Fee for this service $995.00 with a $150.00 deposit.  Little money for peace of mind!
Intimate Destination Wedding Packages The following packages are specifically designed for smaller more intimate destination weddings.  Your special day will be tailored to your specific needs and desires.  The packages are designed to give you an idea of the special services we can offer you.  We can add and take away services from any of the packages as needed. You will have the opportunity to meet and speak to each vendor we suggest to you to make the final selection of service.  Some prices excludes Saturdays.
