- #14: You know I started using what I already had. Free tools that I was already using in my regular business. As I got more comfortable I started using more advanced tools, but do you know what I found? That the original tools, simple, effective, always evolving, did just as good a job as the others. And the best part, they are free.
- #16: You know these arent too much different from looking in the classified ads. Especially for something that doesnt require Advanced knowledge of a subject, like Real Estate Specific administrative tasks. If you are like me you will want to hire all of them? They are all so good! The resumes and experience that I found under $5 is amazing. There are many out there now as the industry has evolved but the largest and most accepted is upwork.
- #18: This is probably the one that I hear most often. How can I take the time to train and teach them? They will never do it just like I can. This is probably the part that is most fun. With free screen capture tools like screencast o matic, you can record your screen and voice so that they can document and copy EXACTLY what you do. I take it to an extreme though. I also use skypes video message function and take videos of me on the go explaining exactly what I want or what we need as Im driving or as it hits me. Video histories that can be pored over and refined.
