trained to understand the logic of the process and then show them the actual system.
Kapil has recently joined in the company and he has been assigned the CXED Sales Order Handler Profile. He will
undergo training in Selma's Team
She first tells Kapil about the display of Sales order and what all one can see in there. What are fields that a Sales order
comprise of and where all the data goes and sits in various tabs, then she helps him relate the details with the logic he
has learned so far about the SO.
Kapil likes that approach and he learns the theory and then it becomes very easy for him when he actually goes into the

Sales Order Process - Composition of Sales Order
> A Sales Order is made up of a header and one or more items
> Most data applies to both header and item level.
#15: CXED does not cater for processing waivers, waivers need to be performed in FACT.
When a waiver is uploaded, the line item will be marked blocked for billing Waiver Block
Reason for waiver is mandatory to be specified for future reporting and analysis
When the waiver is approved, the block will be removed from the line item
In case of a full waiver (SO net value = 0), a warning will be displayed and reason for rejection will automatically be Y9
