Our Writing Projects This Week!

The students practiced writing and literacy skills such as making words out of play dough starting with the letter A, unjumbling mixed up sentences by putting them in the correct order with proper punctuation, playing a food bingo game to match foods to their food groups while learning about the food pyramid, and practicing spelling their unit words. They had a productive day learning a variety of lessons.

Our writing projects this week! Today some of us were practicing our sound A and making words out of play dough. Look how well we did!
Look at all our words that we made…
We also ‘unjumbled’ sentences We had some sentences that were all mixed up. We had to put them in the correct order remembering our punctuation.
We played a Bingo game… We had to match foods up to their food groups. We are learning about the food pyramid at the moment.
We also practiced spelling our unit words! Today we learnt so much! 
