frommuch of the harmful ultraviolet radiaction that comes from
                               the Sun
In 1980, the scientist
   were alarmed to
   discover that our
      planet was
 developing a massive
      hole above
   Antarctica, in the
 northem hemisphere
The number of cases of skin cancer was
                rasing
Ultraviolet radiaction was affecting vegetation
The main cause of this gradual
destruction of the ozone layer was
found to be the gases known as
CFCs (chlorofluocarbons)
The biggest producer of CFCs in Europe is United
                    Kingdom.
       They export CFCs to 117 countries.
Greenpeace believes that they
  must prohibit the manufacture
and use use of CFCs if they are to
  avoid a catastrophe, but some
industries cannot survive without
              them…
