- 1. P6 e-learning You are a member of Xplorer SV and have just landed in South Africa. Your mission is to provide facts on the national animal of South Africa and share them with the other explorers.
- 2. Getting ready… • Always `move’ around in groups of 4. • Ensure each member in the team contributes ideas. Roles and responsibilities • Recorder : Member whose index number is the smallest in the team -to present group’s findings using a KWL chart and email to your Science teacher - refer to KWL chart given • Motivator : Member whose index number is the biggest in the team -to use the Social Learning Wall to motivate members who are not sharing to share his/her information

- 4. • In your group created in MCOnline Social Learning Wall, share what you know about springbok. • Each member should contribute at least one piece of information.

Below are some examples of `What-we-want-to-know’ What is the diet of the springbok? How fast can springbok run? What is its predator and prey? Describe the habitat of springbok. What kind of environment can it be found? What physical or structural adaptations does it have? Can it run faster than a cheetah?
