CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
POOL AQUATICS: Fun exercised performed in the pool for
all fitness levels. Recommended for those with arthritis or

recovering from injuries. Noodles, aquatic steps & water
weights are used.
SPINNING : A cardio cycling class that doesnt compare to

any other cardio workout. Spinning is for everyone, at any
age and at every level of fitness. Start pedaling and let go as
your instructor takes you on a spinning journey.
BODY BLAST: The complete athletic workout, this class will

strengthen, condition, tone and define like nothing else can.
The class incorporates barbells & adjustable weights and
includes a preliminary clinic to introduce the equipment & its
proper use.
AWESOME ABS: Helps strengthen & tone abdominal &

improve overall musculo-skeletal function.
TAI-CHI: A unique mind-body experience for all levels of
experience.
SILVERSNEAKERS 速: Muscular, strength and range of
movement conditioning in a seated forum.
HATHA YOGA: Learn to get in touch with your inner-self
through relaxation, breathing and stretching techniques.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING: A complete athletic
workout, this class will strengthen, condition, tone and
define. Emphasis on body alignment, posture, coordination,
strength and flexibility.
AFRICAN DANCE: A combination of dance and aerobic
moves, upbeat and fun! All fitness levels are welcome.
BOSU: Combines balance, agility & strength in a challenging

SCULPT EXPRESS: A quick, full body work-out.
