PACK-iTS Case Study
Case study based on Healthy Lunch Preparation & Delivery service by 6 management
students of Brescia University. This service was supposed to serve elementary schools
within the Thames Valley District School Board in London, Ontario. Each partner would
invest 10 hours a week & seek $6000 from August  June and gain experience too. Pack-
iTS will be fund raising initiative which will donate portion of sales revenue to schools.
 Working parents did not have time to pack lunch for their kids.
 Obesity rate increased among children & adults.
 None of schools in Ontario had cafeteria.
 Few competitors were present & one of which labelled as Junk Food

Price the Product between $3-$3.2 for larger sales volume.
Appoint full time administrator to look after the business.
This business can be good opportunity for students to continue after completing their studies.
