Recipe for?Pampusik“ doughnuts
Ingredients
500 ml of milk, 2 eggs, 125 g butter, sugar 2 tablespoons, 1.5 teaspoon salt, 1 pack of dried
yeast , 0.5 cups of lukewarm water, semi-thick flour so long as the dough is loose and does
not stick to the hands .. ca 3 cups 400 g, vanilla sugar
Directions
1. let the cones be acidified to double its volume. When yeast is fermenting, add, eggs
and dissolved butter. We also add salt and vanilla sugar.
2. Finally, we add the flour and we move dough. The dough must be flexible and not
stick to the hand.
3. Let it rest in warm place for about 1 hour ..
4. Put the dough on the worktop and uncover it to a thickness to 1 cm. With the cup we
cut the doughnuts. let the doughnuts grow to double its volume. In the meantime, let
in a deeper pot or a deep pan, let the oil warm up.
5. We fry the doughnuts into the golden. Drip off the oil.
6. Put a jam on the top of the doughnuts and we sprinkle them with powdered sugar
7. We wish you a good appetite?
