The first Concept shop in Latin America and third in the world utilized an innovative variable refrigerant volume cooling system to independently control temperatures in different areas and an elevated floor to provide flexibility in moving or changing the 10 environments. Meeting areas on the mezzanine used Alberflex furniture tailored to the space. Marcap Engenharia executed the project, meeting requirements for mobility and flexibility through infrastructure like the 150 inch interactive panel, according to the general manager.

- 6. The proposed cooling system was the VRV “variable refrigerant volume”, which permits an independent temperature control in the various environments. To promote dynamism between the 10 environments of the shop, the option made was to utilize an elevated floor, providing flexibility and agility in moving or changing environments, an innovation for shops.
- 7. In the mezzanine area, dedicated to meetings, Alberflex furniture was utilized, projected to meet the requirements of the environment with quality and versatility.
