PanIIT Alumni Reach for India Foundation operates rural skill gurukuls that provide vocational training programs for underprivileged youth. The presentation describes their industry-led construction and MEP skill training model, which includes partnerships with employers to design training modules, setting up residential training facilities led by ex-armed forces instructors, and mobilizing and training students. It provides details on their 15 existing construction and MEP skill gurukuls located across India that have trained over 12,000 students, and their plans to expand training capacity to over 4,500 students annually.
