The student feels their Spanish 2 semester is going well, though they have some trouble speaking with classmates. They always ask the teacher or others for help if something is not understood. While pronunciation of new vocabulary and sentences is still a challenge, the student feels they are improving each time they practice speaking. They complete all assignments, including helping classmates in group work, and come prepared to class with supplies.

1. I think my semester in Spanish 2 is going very well so far. I have a little trouble talking in
Spanish to my class mates but the one thing I do know how to say is asking if I can go
to the bathroom. If I don’t understand something I will normally ask the teacher or others
for help. I try and pronounce the different sentnences and new vocabulary but I know it
doesn’t always sound correct. But everytime I try it I get a little better at it. When we
have an assingment in garage band I always complete it with my classmate. If someone
in my group needs help I don’t mind answering and helping them.
I always make sure I have all my supplies for class. When I am called on to answer a
question I try my best to make sure it’s right and if not I correct it. I have been on time
every day so far. When we need our computers for an assignment I make sure I have it
and use it when needed. I do most of my homework unless it’s a huge packet or I’m just
overwelmed with homework for other classes. I don’t fall asleep in class and I pay
attention. I sometimes get distracted when I start a conversation. But I try to set a good
example for others in the class.
