Partners in Education (PIE) is a volunteer program that matches schools in different countries to strengthen their educational capacity through collaborative projects. PIE supports cross-disciplinary studies between partner schools led by teachers and students to teach subjects like literacy, foreign language, social studies, science, and culture. The goal is for both schools to benefit mutually from designing educational programs together. Interested schools complete a profile describing their learning community, and can request partners for specific objectives such as strengthening institutional support. PIE will provide resources, guidelines, and support as partner schools develop new ways of connecting and learning from one another.
7. PIE helps us learn about ourselves as we help others.
