Partner with Current Teacher Leaders Follow a teacher on social 11 media. Or follow an educators blog. Ask to visit the classroom of a teacher leader you trust. Highlight the work of teachers & administrators in district social media, newsletters, etc.
Examine the research on teacher leadership. See how other districts are 12 innovating with hybrid teacher roles.
