- #2: Greetings classmates! I am from Charlotte NC, and I wanted to create something for my community. My passion for animals and my love to this city have given me the inspiration to create this event for all animal in the city.
- #3: My philosophy is that every animal deserves a home and someone to care for them. I want to create awareness so that local companies take initiative to help animals in need. I believe that we can always do more to help those in need.
- #8: A detailed itinerary has been issued to all team member and everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- #9: The budget is designed to cover essential elements of the event, ensuring a meaningful and engaging experience for attendees while staying within the specified range of $7,500 and $11,700. Key budget items include venue rental at the Bank of America Stadium, event insurance, live entertainment, silent auction setup, pet adoption area setup, security services, promotional materials, volunteer T-shirts, food and beverage for attendees, decorations, volunteer appreciation gifts, audio/visual equipment rental, photography services, permits and licenses, and a miscellaneous fund for any unforeseen expenses (10% contingency)
