PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) is an important component of the K-6 curriculum that teaches students to make positive health and life choices. It focuses on encouraging healthy lifestyles and informed decisions about health and physical activity. PDHPE also aims to improve students' self-confidence, self-acceptance, and ability to interact positively with others. The subject matter of PDHPE is categorized into eight strands including active lifestyle, dance, games, growth and development, gymnastics, interpersonal relationships, personal health choices, and safe living.
