Performance and Development Review- Arif Mohammad, Extract from TTMS
 Worked with Terex Global team and developed  Hydraulic Cylinder Specification for Alternate souring , truly acceptable across Terex
segments, First Technical output of TIRC and the assignments was just after my joining
 Worked with GS and India team and started working on Hydraulic projects from  Zero base and in 3 years we have reached 26 Mn USD
spend only in India, Significant growth and also Supported USA, China, Europe developments
 Collaborated India Sourcing, Global sourcing, Suppliers and Terex segment Engineering Leaders and successfully executed projects,
very carefully handled as many cross functional teams were involved
 Developed  Testing protocol  for qualify hydraulic parts, the biggest drive for the project success
 Received  Best performer of the year award  from Tom Riordon(COO) in 2009
 Received  Best Team Player  Award in 2011
 Become a  Chartered Engineer (CEng) in 2010 honoured by Engineering Consul - UK. Highest degree of recognition in professional
engineering and  A chartered Engineer has status across the globe and has a self endorsement
 Supported Terex Motherwell in crisis situation when NHL has increased cylinder price to 80 %, one of the fasted executed projects with
highest saving( 34 %). Spend was 5.5 MN USD
 Developed Backhoe loader cylinders working with Indian supplier which was a big challenge as design and application knowledge was
not adequate with the new supplier. Saving potential was subsential and could developed cylinders in just 100,000 INR(<2000 USD/set)
 Supported team to develop world class  Alternate material hand book truly world class and great appreciation from Terex folks
 Supported Terex MP-NI team to improve the cylinder quality and reduce field complaint, joined with Supplier and upgraded design
knowhow and material selection. Supported MP- Hosur to localise all hydraulic part like cylinder, Valves, Blocks
 Worked with Zweibrucken team and brought hydraulic projects which is first of its kind and continuous work flow for one engineer full time
 Supported Lentigione team on new Global Reach stacker and earned good appreciation
 Achieved greatest milestone of my career becoming  Chartered Manager( CMgr)  in 2013 honored by CMI-UK, Only Chartered
management Institutes and Royal Chartered to honor CMgr.
