Rationale
The preferred sport of choice for the individual is Track and Field. My objectives are clear and precise as it relates
to being a coach for this particular activity being taken place on the schoolground during a normal school
day,involvement of students in this activity will help them to expound more rationally on the effects of the sport
as well as a greater accumulation of knowledge which will aid them in enhancing their God given talents
recognize the areas that they are weak in with the aid of the host.and
A training program is organized for athletes to develop weak areas as it relates to their skills, endurance and
strengths as well as to get them in the shape they ought to be in for competition, both mentally and physically.
Rationale is the fundamental reason or reasons serving to account for something. An example of the word
rationale is the rationale for the law is that restaurants lose business because taco trucks can undercut their
prices.

 Accurately demonstrate the position of both arms in the swing phase of throwing the disc.

Jogging Students will be required to run around a
designated area thus completing two laps at 50%
speed. At the sound of the whistle,the students will
gradually come to a stop.
