Sinalugan Primary School's 2013-2014 English Oral Reading Profile shows that for Grade 1, the number of non-readers decreased from 3 to 0, and frustration level readers decreased from 5 to 0 while instructional and independent level readers increased. For Grade 2, frustration level readers decreased from 7 to 0, while instructional level readers increased from 14 to 10 and independent level readers increased from 4 to 7 with no change in non-readers. The profile assessed pupils' reading levels and changes in reading performance from pre- to post-testing for Grades 1 and 2.
