Estimation of capital requirements: Estimation with regards to
capital requirements of the company whilst considering the
expected costs and profits and future programmes and policies of a
concern.
Determination of capital composition: I decided the capital
structure of Freeway Auto Services Ltd by considering the short-
term and long- term debt equity analysis bearing in mind the
proportion of equity capital the company is possessing and
additional funds which have to be raised from outside parties.
Choice of sources of funds: I lead the company in securing
additional funds in the form of loans from banks and financial
institutions.
Investment of funds: I prudently procured all the companys raw
materials directly from manufactures and producers putting the
funds into profitable ventures.
