Determination of capital composition: I decided the capital structure of Freeway Auto Services Ltd by considering the short- term and long- term debt equity analysis bearing in mind the proportion of equity capital the company is possessing and additional funds which have to be raised from outside parties. Choice of sources of funds: I lead the company in securing additional funds in the form of loans from banks and financial institutions. Investment of funds: I prudently procured all the companys raw materials directly from manufactures and producers putting the funds into profitable ventures. Disposal of surplus: Freeway Auto Services believes in retaining profits, this I did considering expansion, innovation and diversification plans of the company. Management of cash: I make decisions with regards to cash management such as: payment of wages and salaries, payment of electricity and water bills, payment to creditors, meeting current liabilities, maintenance of enough stock, purchase of raw materials, etc. Financial controls: I employ ratio analysis, financial forecasting, cost and profit control when controlling Free Auto Serv.
