In the previous semester, he engaged in various sports activities like walking, running, and playing football and basketball. However, with increased hours in his schedule now, he only plays sports on weekends. To maintain a healthy lifestyle, he walks to school daily and occasionally plays football during breaks or after school. Playing sports has helped him feel better physically and emotionally. To further improve his future health and quality of life, he plans to continue exercising and occasionally playing sports in his free time.
