Pick and RollIf your screener is a good post player, he can roll to the basketScreener can ball screen the ball handlers man and then roll to the rimWe teach screen and sprint to the rim, find the ball, and then work in the postAfter #1 comes out of #5s ball screen, #5 sprints directly to the rim, finds the basketball, and then works for position in the post
Pick and PopIf your screener is a good shooter, he can pop off the screen for an open shotAfter screening, the screener will step to an open area and prepare to receive a pass for a shotStep #1: Ball ScreenStep #2: Pop off Screen and Pass back to #5
