This document proposes the development of a web application called Pillars of Pixel that would allow artists in Bangladesh to sell their work and users to buy art. It would support payments through Bkash and cash to make purchasing accessible. The app would also allow users to backup photos for free. It would be created with Laravel PHP framework. The objectives are to allow artists to upload works, set payment options, and for users to buy works. The timeline estimates 3 months of work at a cost of 1.25 lakh taka.

1. Background In our country there is no sites for artist to sell their work and peoples to buy art. For this we have to rely on sillicon valley organizations. That’s not the problem. The problem is when people want to buy from those international sites or sell on those international sites they face problem when it comes to paying/receiving payment. Because most of them don’t have paypal or any internationalvisa card. So, I thought of creating something that will make able those unable peoples. For this this app will support bkash payment and hand to hand payment. And also a platform for general users to backup their personal photos for free. This app will be created with Php programming language using Laravel framework, Hypertext markup language and Cascading Style Sheet. 2. Objective 1. Artist’s will be able to apply for artist account. 2. Artist will be able to upload their photograph, drawing, sketch, painting with description. 3. They can Set payment receiving option bkash or hand to hand. If they set bkash they have to provide their bkash number. 4. Generaluser’s will be register to use this site as a personal photo backup platform to access his feature they must have to be registered user. 5. Artist and registered user will be able to create album, edit description, delete photos. Delete album. 6. But general registered user can sell their photos. To access selling functionality they have to apply for artist account. 7. General Users will be able to buy artistic works. 8. Admin will be responsible for maintenance and verify artist applications.
3. Expected Outcome 1. Separate authentication System for artist, general user, admin. 2. Upload functionality. 3. Set Description, Edit Description 4. Create album, delete album 5. Verification functionality for admin 6. Payment option. 4. Proposed Activities 1. Use case model ( to understand the user’s workflow clearly. Will also help to understand requirement correctly.). 2. Class diagram (to implement OOP easily. Will also help to understand requirement correctly). 3. Activities Diagram ( to be clear about all activities). 4.
