	 The standard fee model for executive search is a
three-stage fee; this means the client has paid
two-thirds of the fee without the guarantee of a result
	 PiR Resourcing believes in sharing the risk with our
clients through our two-stage fee
	 We charge a modest deposit at assignment to cover
our research costs
	 The balance of the fee is payable at acceptance of
offer - when we have delivered a result
	 This enables early stage businesses to manage their
cash flow
