The embryo inside a seed grows into a new plant. Seeds are covered by a seed coat. Seeds contain a food store. If a seed is given the right conditions, and the embryo is alive, it will grow. It is Allah Who causeth the seed-grain and the date-stone to split and sprout. Plants need water, warmth, light and air to grow. Plants need light energy to grow well.Prepared by ASCEND
