I will attend my classes with full dedication and responsibility regularly and promptly and I will abide with the DepEd policy on absences by incurring NOT more than 20% absences from the total number of school days for this school year 2022-2023. 2. I will wear the prescribed school uniform and ID neatly and properly during school days. 3. I will help maintain peace and order in the school campus and its vicinity. 4. I will be polite and courteous to school officials, teachers and staff and to my fellow students. 5. I will maintain order and discipline in the classroom and in the school campus. 6. I will respect and obey all policies, orders and instructions of the school. 7. I will help maintain the cleanliness and protect the wholesomeness of the school building, grounds and properties. 8. I will refrain from using vulgar and abusive language or doing rude acts directed against others. 9. I will not bring to school any form of deadly weapon and indecent material. 10. I will not engage in drinking heavy liquor or enter in the school under the influence of the same. 11. I will refrain from any form of gambling within and outside the school. 12. I will not personally get involved in fights, violence-oriented fraternities, drug abuse and trafficking, immorality and other related activities. 13. I will avoid spreading false and malicious information or rumors intended to mislead others and undermine the trust and confidence in the integrity of the school. 14. I will not engage myself in smoking, or convince others to do the same. 15. I will keep myself (for both male and female) neat and clean. 16. For male students: I will have the schools prescribed haircut (2 X 3 inches), no blond hair, tattoos, burloloys, earrings, short pants, walking shorts, slippers inside the school premises. For female students: No tattoos, multiple earrings, sleeveless, backless, low necklines, mini shorts, fitted walking shorts, slippers inside the school premises. 17. I will respect the rights and properties of others. 18. I will not engage in any indecent act inside or outside the school premises. 19. I will be loyal and true to my Alma Mater. 20.
